I'm Crystal Ross, a passionate Licensed Massage Therapist who has been dedicated to helping clients find relief and relaxation since October 2022. I graduated from the esteemed Center for Massage & Natural Health in Asheville, NC, in August 2022, a journey that equipped me with a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and a holistic approach to wellness.

My practice began as Massage by Crystal Ross and has recently evolved into Balanced Bodywork by Crystal Ross LMT, reflecting my commitment to a more comprehensive, balanced approach to body care.

In my practice, I've had the privilege of working with individuals of all body types and health backgrounds, each with unique goals. Whether someone is seeking deep relaxation, pain relief, muscle recovery, or tension release, I tailor each session to meet their specific needs.
